Kurumazushi
A very under-appreciate sushi joint. My absolute favorite in the US. It’s a hard to find little spot up a random staircase and through a slIdIbg door once past the street ebtrance which only has the name stenciled lightly on the door glass. The omakase is $300/person before tip or alcohol! But if you want to splurge on the best tuna sashimi - every part of it from the cheek to the collar to the belly - anywhere in the US, direct from Japan day, this is your spot.
